FAQ

There is a special piece of music I would like performed. Can you do that? 

– Yes! In most cases this should not be an issue. 

Will you perform with guest instrumentalist or singers? 

– Absolutely. A rehearsal with the guest may be required prior to your event in which case an additional fee will be applied.

Do the musicians attend wedding rehearsals?

– Musician attendance at your rehearsal is determined on a case by case basis. If you would feel more comfortable having a musician present just mention that to us during your consultation.

How much will my event cost? 

– Prices vary from one event to another. We offer a FREE consultation after which an estimate can be provided.

What do I need to provide for the musician(s)? 

For the most part, all that is needed is adequate space to play and an armless chair for each musician. If the event is outdoors, a completely shaded area will be required to protect their instruments. Also, a sound system is not provided so if amplification if needed it will need to be provided. 

How will the musicians dress? 

– standard attire for weddings and other formal events is formal/concert black. If you prefer different attire or a more casual look, please mention that during your consultation.

How do I book an event? 

Simply fill out the contact form and submit your request. You will be contacted in return to set up a consultation.

How do I pay? 

– A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance will be due no later than 3 weeks before your event. Payment must be made via check or Venmo.
